【摘要】 目的 :观察甘露醇对降低人工晶体植入术后并发症的临床效果。方法 :将 52 6例、6 18眼人工晶体植入术随机分为A、B 2组 ,A组为甘露醇治疗组 ,B组为对照组用醋氮酰胺治疗 ,分别对 2组患者的术后眼压、前房反应、后囊混浊等进行观察分析。结果 :术后 72h内 2组患者高眼压的发生率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,而间断性低眼压的发生率A组高于B组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。A组中 6、2 4、4 8h眼压为甘露醇用药 2h内的眼压 ,其眼压平均值均低于B组同一时间的眼压平均值 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。前房反应A组的发生率低于B组 ,平均随访 15 7个月 ,后囊混浊的发生率 ,A组低于B组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :甘露醇用于人工晶体植入术后 ,不仅有预防术后高眼压的作用 ,而且对促进前房反应的消退 ,降低后囊混浊的发生有明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect for mannitol to reduce the complication after IOL implant.Method:The IOL were implanted on 618 eyes which were divided randomly into groups of A and B. The intraocular pressure (IOP),the anterior reactions and the after-cataract were compared and analysed.Results:The incidence of the high IOP was found nonsignificant difference between A group using drug mannitol and B group using drug diamox within 72 hours after the operation (P>0.05).However the incidence of the lower IOP on A group was higher than that on B group(P<0.01).The IOPs of the postoperative 6th,24th,48th hours were the same with the IOPs after using mannitol in 2 hours in group A and the mean IOP in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.01and P<0.05).Through observation about 15.7 months,the incidence of after-cataract in A group was lower than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:The drug mannitol can not only prevent the high IOP after IOL implant but also reduce the anterior reactions as well as the after-cataract.更多还原
