【摘要】 目的 :探讨知觉性斜视的病因 ,临床特点 ,治疗方法及预后。方法 :根据不同病情采取手术治疗、弱视训练及配戴三棱镜。结果 :手术的 2 9例眼位正 ,1例术后配戴三棱镜矫正眼位 ,1例先天性白内障术后经弱视训练视力改善后矫正眼位 ,2 4例无双眼单视功能。结论 :及早发现各种引起知觉斜视的病因予以治疗 ,以促进双眼单视功能的发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cause, clinical indications, treatment and prognosis of perceptual strabismus. Method:According to different condition,the patients underwent surgery,amblyopia training,and wearing triple prism.Results:All of them were corrected the position of eyes.24 cases had not horopteric function.Conclusion:Perceptual strabismus should be found the cause and treated as early as possible so as to promote the development of horopteric function.更多还原
