【摘要】 提出了一种基于气象因素 ,利用人工神经元网络进行电力系统短期负荷预报的方法 .该方法比较全面地考虑了气象因素对电力系统负荷的影响 ,操作方便、易用 .仿真计算和实际预报结果表明 ,预报准确度较高 .

【Abstract】 This paper has presented a method using artificial neural network (ANN), based on weather factors, to process short term load forecasting in power system. This model has comprehensively taken weather factors into account; it’s straightforward and easy to use. According to the result of simulation and application, it’s ideal.
