【摘要】 关于社会主义发展阶段的理论是科学社会主义理论的重要组成部分。本文首先回顾了关于社会主义发展阶段理论的发展进程 ,提出生产力标准是划分社会主义发展阶段的客观依据。其次 ,我国社会主义建设实践经验证明 :社会主义必须存在一个生产力快速发展的阶段 ,即社会主义初级阶段。在对理论和实践进行总结的基础上 ,作者提出了在社会主义初级阶段发展生产力的基本经济政策 :利用资本主义和社会主义的积极因素 ,发展生产力 ;利用制度创新 ,解放和发展生产力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory on different stages of socialism is one of the important parts of theory on scientific socialism.The author reviews the evolution of the theory on scientific socialism and puts forward that the standard of productive forces is objective basis to divide socialism into stages.Secondly,practice of construction of socialism in our country has proved that there has to be an initial stage of socialism during which productive forces can be improved rapidly.According to these conclusions,the author has raised economic policies to free and develop productive forces:take advantage of the positive factors of capitalism and socialism,and make innovations in present system by further reform.更多还原
