【摘要】 目的 比较维思通与奋乃静对精神分裂症的临床疗效及副作用。方法 将符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者随机分为维思通组和奋乃静组,用PANSS和TESS评定其疗效和副反应。结果 维思通组96例,奋乃静组97例,两组阳性症状的疗效相近,对阴性症状疗效维思通组优于奋乃静组,两组间副反应无显著性差异。结论 维思通总体疗效优于奋乃静。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects and side effects of risperidone and perphenazine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods The schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into risperidone group(study group) and perphenazine group (contrast group) .The clinical effects and side effects were observed by the PANSS and TESS. Results Clinical effects were similar for the positive symptoms, but for the negative symptoms, risperidone was better than perphenazine. Side effects had no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusions Both positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia are improved obviously by risperidone,but only positive symptoms by perphenazine. So risperidone is superiorer to perphenazine.更多还原
