【摘要】 目的　观察中西医结合治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效。方法　对 46例临床诊断慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 2 5例 ,用泼尼松加自拟益气解毒方 (黄芪 5 0 g,白花蛇舌草、半枝莲、七叶一枝花各 2 0 g)治疗 ,对照组 2 1例 ,单用泼尼松治疗。结果　治疗 4周后两组疗效接近 ,两组疗效比较无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;治疗 4年后治疗组复发率明显低于对照组 ,两组复发率比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　说明用中西医结合治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (CITP)是控制复发的有效手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe th e efficacy of integrated traditional Chi nese medicine and western medicine (TCM- WM) in treating chronic idiopathic throm bocy topenic purpura(CITP).Methods Forty-six patients with CITP were randomly divided into two groups.25 cas es in the TCM-WM group were treated with prednisone and our self-formulated pres cription for benefiting vital energy(qi) and detoxication (Radix Astragali,Hedyo tis diffusa willd.Roxb etc) while 21 cas es in the control group were treated wit h prednisone alone.Results T here were no significant differences ( P >0.05) between the treatment and contro l groups after four weeks treatment.The re were significant differences ( P <0.0 1) between the two groups after four yea rs treatment,and a lower relapse ratio of the treatment group was observed as c ompared with that of the control group.Conclusion These results indi cate that integration of traditional Chi nese medicine and western medicine is on e of the effective methods for controlli ng relapse during the treatment of CITP.更多还原
