【Abstract】 The result of the experiment showed an increase in volatile fatty acids in the rumen， and 3．13％ more milk production， 0．07％ more milk－fat and increase economy benefit of dairy farming when sodium bicarbonate was append at a rate of 1．4％ of the mixed concentrates to the high－concentrate ration for milch cows． The determination of the content of volatile fatty acids in the rumen of Holsteins in Xichang city provided reliable data basis for the future research on the digestive physiology of milch cows．更多还原
