【Abstract】 The color of the injection of Ciprofloxacinum lactate may be changed to be yellow because iron ion gets into the solution and forms chelate with Ciprofloxacinum. This study indicated that: 1) iron ion did not affect the content of Ciprofloxacinum lactate in the injection; (2) yellow color might disappear when EDTA was added; 3) the addition of EDTA has no any effect on the content of Ciprofloxacinum in the injection.更多还原
