【摘要】 本文分析了健康鱼和患肠炎病草鱼淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性。其淀粉酶最适ｐＨ值均为 7. 2 ,蛋白酶最适ｐＨ值分别为 7. 0和 6 . 0 ;其淀粉酶最适温度分别为 3 0℃和 3 5℃ ,蛋白酶最适温度均为40℃ ,且患肠炎病草鱼蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性较健康鱼低 ,但ｐＨ值在 5. 7以下时 ,患病鱼的蛋白酶活性较健康鱼高 ;温度在 2 8℃以下时 ,患病鱼的淀粉酶活性比健康鱼高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This test analyzed the optimum pH and temperature of diastase and protease that ctenopharyngodon idellus suffering form enteritis. In both heathy and enteritis ctenopharyngodon idellus,The optimum pH of diastase are 7.2,and the optimum pH of protease are 7.0 and 6.0 respectively. The optimum temperature of diastase is 30 ℃ and 40 ℃,and that of protease is 35 ℃ and 40 ℃.The diastase activity and the protease activity of ctenopharyngodon idellus suffering form eateritis are lower than that of healthy ctenopharyngodon idellus. But when pH is less then 5.7,the protease activity of sick ctenopharyngodon idellus is higher than that of healthy ctenopharyngodon idellus,and when temperature is lower than 28 ℃,the diastase activity of sick ctenopharyngodon idellus is higher than that of healhty ctenopharyngodon idllus.更多还原
