硫酸钾在氨介质中的结晶动力学研究

【摘要】 采用MSMPR结晶器研究了不同温度和氨浓度下K2 SO4饱和水溶液在氨水中结晶及KCl与CaSO4在氨水中反应的结晶动力学。借助粒数平衡原理得到K2 SO4在氨介质中的晶体成核速率与生长速率、悬浮密度的关联式 :1)氨水中结晶 :B0 =7.0 12× 10 3 G 0 .2 3 7Mt-0 .475;2 )反应结晶 :B0 =7.86 7× 10 2 G 2 .614 Mt-0 .482 。用扫描电镜观察晶体形态发现K2 SO4在氨介质中的晶型由水溶液中的正交棱柱体变为长方体。其结果可为浓氨介质中石膏转化制硫酸钾工艺中结晶器的设计与放大提供基础数据。

【Abstract】 The effects of temperature and ammonia concentration on the crystallization kinetics of K 2SO 4 in ammonia water solution were investigated in a MSMPR crystallizer. With the measured size distribution of crystal particle, and based on the population balance principle,the crystal nucleation rate and growth rate were obtained.The relationship among the nucleation rate, growth rate and suspension density are deduced as follows:1)for the crystallization in ammoniawater,B 0=7.012×10 3G 0.237 M t -0.475 ;2)for the crystallization from reaction,B 0=7.867×10 2G 2.614 M t -0.482 .The scanning electron microscope photos show that the K 2SO 4 crystals formed in the ammonia water solution appear in a cuboid shape.
