镍铬钛合金铸造全冠适合性的研究
STUDY OF Fit OF Nickel-Chromium-Titanium Alloy Metal Full Crown
【摘要】 研究目的 考察观测新型镍铬钛烤瓷合金铸造全冠的适合性 ,以镍铬合金作为对照组 .方法 应用体视显微镜测量全冠粘固剂厚度及边缘浮升量 ,评价镍铬钛全冠适合性 .结果 镍铬钛全冠边缘浮升量为 (38 0 989± 1 1 7933)μm ,粘固剂厚度在轴壁为 (5 4 5 95 6± 1 0 1 848) μm ,轴面角为 (30 9389±1 1 2 2 1 9) μm ,面中央为 (4 0 82 78± 9 6 343) μm .结论 镍铬钛合金的全冠适合性达到了临床要求 ,可应用于临床 .
【Abstract】 The fit of a crown is fundamental for the clinical success of a restoration.The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the crown fit of a new Titanium alloy (Nickel-Chromium-Titanium-alloy)is suitable for clinical application.The results showed the distance of margin was (38 0989±11 7933)μm,axial wall(54 5956±10 1848)μm,conical cusp (30 9389±11 2219)μm,occlusal(40 8278±9 6343)μm,in Nickel-Chromium-Ti Alloy metal crown.There was no significant difference between these two dental materials ( P <0 05)(two-way ANAOV).Both Nickel-Chromium-Titanium alloy and Nickel-Chromium alloy had nice marginal seal and internal seal and both artificial crowns were clinically acceptable.
