【摘要】 简要论述了实时电价模型的发展经历了从有功实时电价到无功实时电价的纵向发展 ,从基本投资回收计算模型到电网长期建设和扩容的计算模型的纵向发展的过程。并讨论了影响实时电价的各种因素 ,最后展望了实时电价的发展更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors briefly review the progress of the spot pricing ranging from the active spot pricing to the reactive spot pricing, and from the reconciliation of the short-run model to the long-run construction and planning of the transmission network. Followed that, some factors reflecting the spot pricing are discussed. At last, the authors provide the expectation of the spot pricing.更多还原
