高效薄层色谱法分析低聚半乳糖及其共存物

【摘要】 运用高效薄层色谱法分析低聚半乳糖，研究了各条件对分离效果的影响，得到了定性、定量分析低聚半乳糖的最佳参数。

【Abstract】 It includes galacto－oligosaccharide(trisaccharide tetrasaccharide pentasaccharide),galactose,glucose and lactose in the syrup that is made by enzymic synthesis.In this study,the effect of all kinds of situation to separate product by using HPTLC is studied and the suitable parameter is gotten.This method for seperation and examnation is simple,fast and practical.
