水轮机调速器研究综述

【摘要】 随着我国中、小型水电站的更新改造和大、巨型水电机组的研制、投产,对机组的稳定、可靠和经济运行等提出了更高的要求,必须研究先进、可靠的水轮机微机调速器。各种新型控制策略的应用,使调速器的性能不断改善。电液转换器是调速器电、液信号转换的关键元件,要求其必须具有很高程度的可靠性。大、巨型机组在电力系统中起着举足轻重的作用,必须采用各种先进技术以保证其可靠性和稳定性。负荷扰动是引起系统不稳的主要原因,必须采取有效的抗扰动方法。PID调节律仍是主要的调节律。因各种新的控制技术目前还存在着局限性,且各水电站又具有很强的个性。因此,将各种新型控制策略广泛用于实际水电机组控制仍有一些困难。

【Abstract】 Along with the renew and rebuilt of middle and small hydro-power stations and the development and manufacture of large and giant hydro-power unit, there are higher and higher requirements for stability, reliability and economical operation of the unit, and thus, it is necessary to conduct study of advanced and reliable computer run turbine actuator governor. Application of various advanced controlling strategies promotes the improvement of actuator governor characteristics. Being the key element for transferring between the electric andliquid signals in the actuator governor, the change-over switch must be highly reliable. Because of its decisiveimportance in electric system, the reliability and stability of large and giant power generation units must be ensured by applying possible advanced techniques. Load disturbance is the main reason causing unstable situationin the system, therefore, effective anti--disturbance ways should be used. PID regulation law is still the majorregulation law. Because there are limitations presently existing in the new controlling techniques and evidentspecific features for different hydro-power stations, there are some difficulties in widely applying all the newcontrolling strategies in actual hydro-power units.
