Cu-Al-O氧化物催化剂酸碱性质的量热表征
MICROCALORIMETRIC CHARACTERIZATION OF SURFACE ACIDITY AND BASICITY OF Cu-Al-O COMPOSITE OXIDES CATALYST
【摘要】 由共沉淀法合成了Cu/Al物质的量比分别为 0 5、1和 2的Cu Al水滑石。经 40 0℃焙烧 ,水滑石前体转化生成Cu Al O氧化物样品。XRD测定样品仅显示CuO物相 ,表明组成成分较均一。用CO2 和NH3 作探针分子 ,量热结果展现 ,Cu Al O氧化物的表面碱中心强度和数量顺序是 :0 5CuAlO <CuAlO <2CuAlO ,而酸位的强度和数量顺序是 :0 5CuAlO >CuAlO >2CuAlO。研究表明 ,样品的CO2 和NH3 起始吸附热与其Sanderson电负性存在较好的线性关系
【Abstract】 After calcination at 400?℃, a series of Cu Al?hydrotalcites with Cu/Al amount of substance ratios of 0 5, 1 and 2 was converted into Cu Al O composite oxides, showing only the patterns of CuO by X ray diffraction?measurements, and Microcalorimetric?measurement of the strength and number of surface acid and basic sites on Cu Al O composite oxides, using ammonia and carbonic anhydride as adsorbed probe?molecule is reported in this paper The?microcalorimetric results obtained indicate that the basicity order is 0 5CuAlO < CuAlO < 2CuAlO, whereas the acidity sequence is 0 5CuAlO > CuAlO > 2CuAlO It is obvious that the surface basicity is enhanced while the surface acidity is reduced on the composite oxides with the increase of the Cu/Al amount of substance ratios The initial?heats of ammonia and carbon dioxide adsorption are found to?have a fairly good linear relationship to Sanderson electronegativities of the samples
