流化床反应器中生物质的催化裂解气化研究
CATALYTIC PYROGASIFICATION OF BIOMASS IN A FLUIDIZED-BED REACTOR
【摘要】 利用木材加工废弃的白木屑在自行开发的流化床生物质气化系统上进行了非传统气化新方法实验研究 ,制备了多种镍基催化剂并对不同催化剂的裂解气化性能进行了评价。结果表明 ,共沉淀镍铝催化剂性能最佳 ,镍铝比在 0 5~ 1 0之间催化剂活性、稳定性最好。该催化剂连续使用 2 0 0min活性无显著降低 ,失活催化剂可采用在65 0℃~ 70 0℃的混合气N2 ∶CO2 ∶O2 ∶H2 O( 4 0∶5 0∶5∶5 )中焙烧的方法有效再生。
【Abstract】 The catalytic pyrogasification of biomass(saw dusts) was investigated in a fluidized bed gasification experimental system. Three kinds of nickel-base catalysts Ni?Ni/α-Al 2O 3 and nickel aluminate coprecipitation catalyst were developed and tested in this fluidized bed reacting system. The experimental results showed that nickel aluminate coprecipitation catalyst had the excellent catalytic performance. The value of Ni/Al of nickel aluminate coprecipitation catalyst had a significant effect on the activity and stability of the catalyst, the optimum range of Ni/Al was 0.5 ~ 1.0. The results of deactivation and regeneration experiments showed that the catalyst could run 200?min continiously without a marked deactivation, and the deactivated catalyst can be regenerated effectively with the mixed gas N 2∶CO 2∶O 2∶H 2O(40∶50∶5∶5) at 650?℃ ~ 700?℃.
