【摘要】 【目的】研究胃炎清胶囊 (由黄连、蒲公英、佛手、三七、黄芪等中药组成 )治疗幽门螺杆菌 (HP)相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。【方法】采用随机对照方法 ,将 12 6例患者按 2∶1随机分为 2组 ,其中治疗组 83例 ,对照组 4 3例 ,治疗组口服胃炎清胶囊 ,对照组口服德诺 (枸橼酸铋 ) ,6周为 1疗程。【结果】治疗组的临床症状 (如上腹胀痛等 )改善、胃镜炎症改善的有效率、病理组织学炎症改善及HP清除率等疗效均优于对照组 ,并以脾胃湿热型疗效最好。【结论】胃炎清胶囊适用于幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者 ,尤适用于脾胃湿热型者更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of Weiyanqing Capsule(WC) on Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis (HPACG). Methods A randomized controlled trial was carried out.One hundred and twenty_six cases of HPACG were randomly allocated to treatment group (Group A,83 cases) and control group (Group B,43).The treatment group was treated with WC orally and the control group with bismuth citrate,and the treatment course last 6 weeks. Results The clinical symptoms in the treatment group such as epigastric distension,anorexia were much improved as compared with the control group.So did the findings of gastroscopy and histopathology.The elimination rate of Helicobacter pylori was higher than that in the control group.The therapeutic effect of WC for the patients with spleen_stomach heat_dampness syndrome was the best. Conclusion WC is effective for HPACG patients and especially for those with spleen_stomach heat_dampness syndrome.更多还原
