【摘要】 虚损性肾衰产生于瘀浊、痰、水、精毒,必害五脏、六腑、脑髓为病之标,其病位以肾为本。本病的发生发展,既有急性阶段,又有缓慢过程。急者多是病变早期,治以病在下取之于上,即清宣利咽,佐以固肾之品;缓者即病变发展至中期之证,重则晚期之候,治宜宣通三焦、通络降浊为主。勿峻补,以免留邪瘀浊水毒不去;勿大泻,泻则易伤真气而病变难复,并慎用毒性害肾之药。临证时尚可根据具体情况辨证用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors considered that the deficiency-type renal failure is caused by blood-stasis,phlegm,fluid-retention and toxic substance involving the five zang organs,six fu organs and cerebrospinal medulla with the kidney as the primary diseased location.The occurrence and progress of the disease may be acute or insidious.The acute cases usually occur in the early stage and should be treated by releasing stagnated lung-qi and easing the throat and supplemented by strengthening the kidney.The insidious cases occur in the middle or late stage and should be treated by activating triple jiao,dredging collaterals and leading turbidity downwards.Potent tonics are contraindicated to avoid the retention of fluid,turbid and toxic substances.Potent purgatives are also not available,since they may damage the primordial qi and hinder the recovery of the disease.Nephrotoxic drugs should be used cautiously.In clinical practice,the drugs should be applied in accordance with syndrome dirfferentiation.更多还原
