【摘要】 介绍名中医刘伟胜教授运用全蝎、蜈蚣治疗恶性肿瘤的经验。指出全蝎、蜈蚣为解毒散结、熄风止痉药,临证治癌宜灵活辨证,配合温阳祛寒,或理气活血,或补气益气,或祛痰散结;注重辨病,结合全蝎、蜈蚣药理,以增强抗癌抑癌之力;审时度势,使用时应把握其用量、用法及用药时间,适可而止。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces Prof.Liu’s experience on the treatment of malignant tumor by Scorpio (SO) and Scolopenda (SA).SO and SA are drugs for removing toxic substance,dispersing mass,calming wind and relieving convulsion.In clinical practice, the treatment of malignant tumor should be based on syndrome differentiation coordinating with yang-warming and cold-expelling therapy,or qi-regulating and blood-activating,or qi-invigorating and qi-benefiting,or sputum-expelling and mass-dispersing. The diagnosis of disease and the pharmacology of SO and SA should also be noted so as to enhance the antitumor effect. The dosage and administration of SO and SA must be handed appropiately and overdosage be avoided.更多还原
