【摘要】 采用自制痹痛散外敷阿是、大椎、大抒、百劳、外关、阳陵泉等穴位，配合常规针刺治疗急性期颈椎病４０例，并与３５例常规针刺治疗作随机对照组。结果：治疗组治愈率５２．５％、总有效率９２．５％，平均疗程（１４．２±１．３）天；对照组治愈率３５．０％、总有效率９１．４％，平均疗程（２６．５±１．８）天。２组治愈率、疗程比较差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），但总有效率比较差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明治疗组既能提高治愈率，又能缩短疗程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty cases of cervical spondylopathy in acute stage were treated by bitong San on Ahshi point, Dazhui(DU 14), Dazhu(BL 11), Bailao(EX), Waiguan (SJ 5), Yanglingquan (GB 34), etc. and routine acupuncture therapy. 35 cases were treated by routine acupuncture therapy as control. The results showed that the curative rate was 52. 5% with a total effective rate of 92. 5% in the treatment group with an average course of (14.2±l.3)d,and35.0%,91.4% and (26.5±1.8)d respectively in the control group. The difference being significant ( P <0. 05), in the curative rate and treatment course but not in the total effective rate (P > 0. 05). It is indicated that acupoint application of bitong san combined with routine acupuncture therapy can increase the curative rate and shorten the treatment course.更多还原
