【摘要】 目的:观察经尿道气化术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的近期疗效。方法:应用经尿道前列腺气化术治疗BPH60例。结果:60例患者手术均成功。手术时间20～＃120min。术中心电图、血压无改变。结论:认为经尿道前列腺气化术(TUVP)损伤小、安全性高、疗效确切且并发症少,尤其适用于有严重并发症的高危患者,TUVP治疗BPH近期效果好,其远期效果有待进一步随访观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe shortterm curative effect of transurethral eleclrovaprization - ablation of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hgperplasia (BPH). Methods: 60cases of benign prostatic hyper-plasia (BPH) were treatecl using tuansurethreal electrovapori - zation - abtolion of the prostate ( TUVP). Results: The operations were pcrformec1 suwessfully in all patients. The time of operation was 20-120minutes. The ECG and blood pressure that changed during the operation. Conclusions: It was considered that TUVP was an effective and safe method with less iniury and comptication to treat benign prostaic hypcrptasia and was recommended for high risk paostatie.更多还原
