【摘要】 目的　了解广州市黄埔街社区居民精神病患病率 ,正确对待和预防精神病的发生。方法　进行流行病学普查 ,采用问卷与临床诊断相结合对研究对象进行调查。结果　本社区卫生服务站管辖范围内有精神病人173人 ,患病率为 7 7‰ ,男性与女性精神病的患病率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,婚姻、文化程度、职业、年龄各组间患病率均有非常显著性差异 (均P <0 0 1)。结论　日益紧张的生活 ,使精神病患病率不断上升 ,应针对不同的高危人群加大宣传力度 ,增加技术力量和政府投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the morbidity of psychotic disease in Huangpu district of Guangzhou,and prevent and treat this kind of patients correctly.Methods The residents in community were surveyed by the method of epidemiology investigation and combining questionnaire with clinic diagnosis.Results There were 173 Patients suffering from psychosis disease in control group.The morbidity was 7 7‰,and there was significantly difference between the female and male(P<0 05),also significantly different in different marriage condition,occupations,and age groups culture levels(P<0 01).Conclusion The morbidity of psychosis is increasing and some patients are in the economic hardship.A few of them can hardly get formal therapy.So the government should give wide publicity for the high risk group input more to prevent and treat this kind of disease.更多还原
