【摘要】 目的　探求妊娠中、末期妇女骨密度的改变 ,间接评价孕期骨钙营养状况 ,为围产期母、婴钙营养保健 ,预防相关骨质病变提出科学依据。方法　随机抽取孕龄 18～ 2 7周 ,年龄 2 3～ 35岁的妇女 ,采用双能X线骨密度仪 (DEXA)分别在孕中期及产后 7天内测定其上臂桡、尺骨的上段 1/ 3、中段及远端骨密度。结果　孕末期桡、尺骨各部位的骨密度均较孕中期低。其中桡、尺骨中远端骨密度在孕中期及末期改变有显著差异 ,孕末期明显低于孕中期 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　孕末期妇女桡、尺骨中远端骨密度明显低于孕中期 ,在妊娠后期孕妇存在骨矿物质丢失及骨钙营养欠佳的情况。桡、尺骨中远端骨密度改变较其他部位敏感 ,故监测其骨矿量改变 ,在评价体钙营养状况方面有积极的临床意义。并提示在围产期保健中 ,应加强钙及维生素D摄入的健康指导 ,预防骨质病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The bone mineral density(BMD) of the pregnant women in second and third trimester was investigated,and the bone calcium status was evaluated indirectly.Methods BMD at radius and ulna were measured by dual energy-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) in women aged 23～35 years,whose gestations were 18～27 weeks.The women in second trimester of pregnancy were surveyed at the first pregnant examination,those in the third trimester of pregnancy were surveyed at the 7th day after delivery.Results BMD at different part of radius and ulna in the third trimester of pregnancy was significant correlation between the women in the second pregnancy(P<0 05).Conclusion BMD at distal radius and ulna in the third trimester of pregnancy were significant lower than those in the second trimester of pregnancy.It suggested that there was bone mineralloss and bone calcium nutritional deficiency in pregnant women.The change of BMD at radius and ulna extremity was more sensitive than that at other bones.It might have clinical value for estimating and surveying the change of BMD and body calcium nutritional status.It suggested that we should pay attention to the importance of pregnant women increasing calcium and vitamin intaking.更多还原
