【摘要】 叙述了Ｘ射线测厚仪及标样盒的作用，分析标样盒内标样的化学成分，介绍使用纯铝材料制作标样的方法．

【Abstract】 The funtion of the standards in the standard box of X-ray gauge is preasented. The chemistry. composition is analyzed. The method which used pure alloy material to made the standards is introduced.
