【摘要】 中国在从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的过程中 ,由于缺乏正确及时的思想引导 ,某些人的思想意识出现偏颇 ,认为“经济主体追求自身利益 (利润 )最大化是客观存在的 ,也是无可厚非的。它是经济主体最关心也最重要的行为目的。”文章针对这一观点 ,分别从经济、社会和企业管理的角度 ,阐述商业伦理存在的必然性和重要性。作为经济个体 ,只有高度重视并加强伦理观念 ,才能在当今社会有其发展的空间 ,才能得到社会的认可 ,才能在竞争中立于不败之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the transformation of Chinese economy from planned economy to socialist market economy, due to lack of appropriate and timely instructions, some people misunderstand the essence of socialist market economy, and unilaterally hold such an opinion that pursuing the maximum of benefit (profit) for an economic entity is the only objective, overlooking other aspects as well. Although maximizing profit is unblamable and is a basic rule in the market economy, only by combining business ethnics into consideration, can an economic entity find living space, get approved of by the society, and, further, remain invincible in competition. From the above point of view, the inevitability and importance of the existence of business ethics are addressed in this paper in the aspects of economy, society and enterprise management respectively.更多还原
