【摘要】 目的 探讨省、市、区三级医院眼科住院病种分布状况,为各级医院眼科建设提供依据。方法 抽取青岛地区省、市、区三级五所医院1997～1999年眼科住院记录7450例,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 青岛地区眼科常见住院病种前五位依次为白内障(43.36％)、青光眼(11.89％)、视网膜脱离(7.23％)、斜视(4.59％)、角巩膜裂伤(3.17％)。省级医院眼科病人多、疑难病集中,病种复杂,专业特色显著;市级医院眼科住院病人以常见病为主;区级医院分布广,眼科以常见病、急症眼外伤为主。结论 不同级别医院住院病种构成比存在显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to discuss the distribution of the ophthalmopathy of inpatients in tri-ranks hospitals,and provide the theoretical basis for the development of ophthalmic. Methods Chose five hospitals of different ranks in Qingdao City. Analyze 7450 cases of ophthalmic inpatients of these hospitals during 1997 to 1999 by SPSS software. Results The top-five ophthalmopathys of inpatients in Qingdao were cataract(43. 36%) ,glaucoma(11. 89%). retinal de-tachment(7. 23%),strabismus(4. 59%)and laceration of cornea or sclera(3.17%). The inpatients and the type of ophthalmopathy in provincial hospital were the most. Their characteristic were marked. The civic hospital absorbed most of the general disease. The district hospital faced the general and traumatic patients on usual. Conclusion There’re significant difference among the hospitals of three ranks.更多还原
