TiO2改性Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的加氢活性
The Influence of Modified Carrier on Hydrogenation of Nano-Catalyst
【摘要】 负载型催化剂中载体对催化剂的加氢作用影响很大。通过γ- Al2 O3改变来研究载体对负载型纳米加氢催化剂的影响。本实验用浸渍方法在γ- Al2 O3上负载一层 Ti O2 。通过控制浸渍溶液的浓度制成一系列不同含量的 Ti O2 改性γ- Al2 O3载体。然后用物理法将纳米 Ni粉体加载到改性载体上 ,制成一系列改性催化剂。结果表明 Ti O2 含量不同的催化剂活性不同 ,在质量分数为 3.6%时出现一个极大值。在 XRD谱图中 ,即使 Ti O2 质量分数达到 1 4.5 % ,谱图中也没有明显的 Ti O2 峰出现 ,这说明 Ti O2 在 γ- Al2 O3分散性极好
【Abstract】 The function of the catalyste is affected by the carrier in the supported catalyst. The influence of modified γ Al 2O 3 on the nano catalyst is studied. The experiment was to carry a layer TiO 2 onto γ Al 2O 3 by a chemical method. A series of modified γ Al 2O 3 containing different amount of TiO 2 was prepared by control of the density of soaking solution. Nano particles were carried onto modified γ Al 2O 3 by a physics method to make a series of modified catalysts. Hydrogenation of toluence was used to examine the reactivity of the modified nano catalysts. And this series of catalysts were characterized with TPR,BET and XRD.
