【Abstract】 Application and study on new high strength spring steel 38SiMnVB used in transverse－ placed taper leaf spring in NJ1020 and NJ6400 motor vehicles are conducted in this paper. The process, fatigue test in test bench and 30 000 km actual reliability test in motor vehicle for this leaf spring are described in the paper. The stability of elastic relaxation of leaf spring already made is measured, it is proved this kind of spring steel has a broad application prospect and a major economic benefit.更多还原
