【摘要】 论述网络环境下期刊信息的特征 ,网络环境下的期刊信息资源保障 ,提出了网络环境下期刊信息资源开发的主要策略 ,包括开展期刊目次报道、开展定题服务、网上期刊信息资源的开发、利用网络开展文献传递服务等

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the characteristics and resource guarantee of journal information under the network environment, puts forward some main tactics for the exploitation of journal information resources on network, such as to carry out journal contents report, SDI service, document delivery service by means of network, etc.
