Knowing the Quasi-Integrative Organization from the Angle of Bargaining and Knowledge
【Abstract】 With an illustration of the concept of quasi-integrative organization,this paper analyzes the input and output of enterprise management from the bargaining and the communion of knowledge.A general model of quasi-integrative organization is built.A bargaining framework of quasi-integrative organization from the bargaining frequency and the communion of knowledge is given.
