【摘要】 本文简要介绍了数字化图书馆的特点，国外发展概况及我国数字化图书馆研究现状，并探讨了数字化图书馆在我国发展的前景及未来。

【Abstract】 The artile briefly introduces the character of digital library, the situation of foreign country digital library and the present situation of digital library of our country. It dicusses the future prospect of digital library in our country.
