【Abstract】 ：The socialism movement which took place in the 20th century，has deeply changed the configuration of world history and opened up the promising road to the liberation of proletariat and working people and the road to contruct happy life. With the Russion Disintegration and East European Incident, socialism in the world fell into the low ebb, but it doesn’s mean the failure of socialism, just exactly proves the socialism road is straight and smooth, but distorting and curving. People continuously deepen the understanding of the socialism in practice and the socialism, which puts the reform and the policy of opening to the outside world into practive, is vital.
