【摘要】 随着世界贸易自由化、全球化程度的不断加深 ,技术性贸易壁垒 (TBT)正逐步取代关税和非关税壁垒 ,成为新的贸易障碍。在今后很长一段时间内将对二十一世纪国际贸易包括我国的出口贸易产生越来越大的影响 ,对其进行分析研究具有重要的实践意义。本文简要介绍了TBT的基本情况 ,分析了目前我国面临的几种TBT措施及其对出口贸易造成的巨大影响 ,并提出了反TBT措施的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 with the further development of liberalization and globalization of world trade, the technical barriers to trade ,named as TBT are replacing the tariff NTBSand becoming a new trade barrier in the 21 century. It will bring more and more influence to international trade including Chinese export ,so there are important practice significance to analyse TBT.This paper briefly introduced the basic information of TBT,analized some important TBT cases and discussed its great influence to Chinese export ,the proposal of Anti-TBT are also presented.更多还原
