【Abstract】 The relationship between the mental health and psoriasis is reviewed in this paper.Psychosocial factors can affect psoriasis in onset,exacerbation and relief.The possible machanism is the bad promotion from inside,such as stress,trigger neurogenic inflammatory response which mediated by neuropeptides.The change of humoral immunity in psoriatic conform with the speciality of immunifaction in stress theory.Psychotherapy was proved effective and necessary.更多还原
