【Abstract】 In order to analyze the protein composition of N.gonorrhoeae and their 1-forms,SDS-PACE and western-bolt were performed.In SDS-PACE,2 protein bands(66 2 and 14 4 KD)lost and 2 bands(34 and 24 KD)decreased in density.In western blot with the using of anti-N.gonorrhoeae serum,the major outer membrane protein(between 21 and 37 KD)still existed in both N.gonorrhoeae and its L-form,but the decrease in density and 2 additional bands of N.gonorrhoeae were visible in L-form,The electrophoretic pattern in L-forms of N.gonorrhoeae,however,were basically unchanged.Therefore,it can still be used for indentification of N.gonorrhoeae L-form更多还原
