【Abstract】 There has been two years since the launch of Euro with more frustration and fluctuation. The European Central Bank has been criticized by the European citizens for the weak Euro. We have noticed that since the middle of 2000 some new measures and different focus of ECB policies have been taken. In this paper we will discuss the transformation of ECB policies such as its procedures, effects, experiences and other related issues. At the same time we will analyze Euro trends during its transition period and predict its perspectives in the coming years.更多还原
