【Abstract】 The starting point to realize the gross homeostasis of arable land and promote the further development of towns is to change the way of land utilization. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in land utilization in urbanization, this article puts forward that land consolidation and change in the way of land utilization is an important measure for realizing intensive land cultivation and intensive utilization of town land and improvement of town construction and development.
