【摘要】 目的　探讨第十一肋间胸、腹膜外切口在肾及肾上腺手术中的应用。方法　对 6 5例患者采用经第十一肋间胸、腹膜外切口进行肾及肾上腺的手术。结果　 6 5例无手术死亡 ,完成切口所需时间 10～ 2 5分钟。术后7～ 8天切口拆线 ,无并发症发生。结论　经第十一肋间胸、腹膜外切口进行肾及肾上腺手术具有操作简单 ,组织损伤小 ,术野显露好 ,术后恢复快的优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of the way through the eleventh rib outside the pleura and peritonacum in the operation of kidney and adrenal glands.Methods 65 cases were conducted the operation.Results 65 cases are cured.The wound cured aften eight days.Not any complications happened.Conclusion The way through the eleventh rib outside the plcura and peritonacum in the operation of kidney and adrenal glands is simpler than others without cutting the ribs and is less hitodastic with a good sight and the patients will recover faster.更多还原
