【摘要】 首先 ,对宁夏区域内的环境与经济社会特征进行了分析 ,总体评估了宁夏在全国可持续发展中的地位和水平 ;其次 ,对宁夏可持续发展的突出问题进行了探讨 ;最后 ,提出了宁夏实施可持续发展战略的对策与思考 .

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the environmental and economic social characteristics in Ningxia area, estimates the position and level of Ningxia in the national overall sustainable development,discusses some important problems faced in applying the strategy and finally suggests some effective strategies and ideas for the sustainable development of Ningxia.
