活塞环摩擦热对燃烧室部件耦合系统的传热影响模拟研究
Effect of Piston Ring Friction Heat on Piston-Liner Coupled System in Internal Combustion Engine
【摘要】 在内燃机传热全仿真模拟研究中考虑了环组摩擦热的影响 ,建立了一整套有关环组摩擦热处理子模型 :1)活塞环 -气缸套的混合润滑模型 ;2 )摩擦热计算模型 ;3)摩擦热在活塞组和气缸套间的分配模型 ;4)摩擦热在活塞组和气缸套上的分布模型。利用这些模型 ,模拟了 12 5风冷柴油机环组摩擦热对活塞组 -气缸套耦合系统的传热影响
【Abstract】 Piston ring friction heat is taken into account in the complete model simulation research on heat transfer of internal combustion engine in this paper.A whole set models of piston ring friction heat simulation are set up:1)the mixed lubrication model of piston ring-liner;2)the friction heat calculation model;3)the allocation model of friction heat on piston set and liner;4)the distribution model of friction heat on piston set and liner.Using these models,the effect of piston ring friction heat on piston-liner coupled system for 125 type blower cooled diesel engine is simulated.
