自动定心夹具的改进设计
An Improved Design for Automatic Centring Fixture
【摘要】 通过对气缸套生产线上粗车外圆切两端工序所使用的夹具结构进行分析 ,找出了夹具在使用过程中存在的问题 ,并对夹具的结构及其零件进行了改进设计 ,降低了生产成本 ,提高了生产效率。
【Abstract】 By structural analysis of fixture used in process of rough turning excircle in cylinder bushing production line,existing problems of fixture are found.An improved design is made in the structure of fixture and its parts so the production costs is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
