活塞销温挤压工艺探讨

【摘要】 简要分析了活塞销冷、温挤压工艺的特点。通过对挤压力、挤压后毛坯的表面质量、挤压件的金相组织以及模具使用状况的分析 ,提出了相应的温挤压工艺

【Abstract】 The process features of the cold and warm extrusion for the piston pin have been simply compared.The warm extrusion process parameters have been put forward by analysis of the extrusion force,the surface quality of the workpieces after extruding,the metallographic structures of the pieces and the working condition of the dies.
