【摘要】 目的 :分析绝经后阴道出血 (PostmenopausalbleadingPMB)的原因并探讨其对策。方法 :回顾性病例分析。结果 :2 0 0 0 %的绝经后阴道出血为子宫良性病变 ,但有 2 0 0 0 %为恶性病变 ,应引起高度重视。结论 :绝经后阴道出血患者的年龄和绝经年限与恶性肿瘤发生率间有较明显的正相关关系 ,因此绝经后阴道出血可视为一种危险信号 ,尤其是绝经时间超过 6年者 ,更要提高警惕 ,采取必要的检查手段 ,积极治疗良性疾病 ,预防发生恶性肿瘤 ,做到早期发现 ,早期治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectves:Analyses the cause of PMB and discuss of the countermeasures.Method:Analysis of the cases retrospectivily.Results:Most of PMB is began pathological changes,but a few were malignant,so we should pay attention to it highly.Conclusions:Among the PMB woman’s age,menopausal fixed number of year and the frequency of malignancy,there was a relation of positive correlation,So PMB was a dangerous signal,especialty for the menopause period more than six years,therefore use essential examination means,treat it actively and take precaution against malignancy.Try to live up to find it early and treat early.更多还原
