催化动力学光度法测定微量铁的研究—Fe(Ⅲ)—结晶紫—H2O2体系
Kinetic-sepctrophotometric Determination of Trace Fe with C25H30N3Cl-Hydrogen Peroxide Reaction
【摘要】 研究了在H2 SO4 介质中 ,Fe(Ⅲ )对H2 O2 氧化结晶紫褪色反应的催化作用及最佳实验条件和动力学参数 ,建立了测定痕量铁的新方法 .方法的检出限为 2 73× 10 -11g/L ,测定范围 0~ 2 5 μg/L ,用于各种水中微量铁的测定 ,获得满意结果
【Abstract】 A method has been developed for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ),based on the discoloration of C 25 H 30 N 3Cl by hydrogen peroxide in H 2SO 4 solution under the catalysis of Fe(Ⅲ).The sensitivity of the method is 2 73×10 -11 g/L.The range of determination of Fe(Ⅲ) is 0~25 μg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in water samples satisfactory results.
