【摘要】 目的 :观察精索静脉曲张不育病人手术前后血浆生殖激素LH、FSH、E2 、PRL、T的变化情况。　方法 :运用时间分辨免疫荧光法对 3 2例精索静脉曲张不育病人手术前后血浆生殖激素进行检测。 3 2例病人中 2 8例( 87.5 0 % )为Ⅱ度 (中度 )精索静脉曲张 ,4例 ( 12 .5 0 % )为Ⅲ度 (重度 )精索静脉曲张。　结果 :治疗前 ,生殖激素异常者 18例 ,手术后生殖激素异常的病人有 11例转至正常范围。但原来生殖激素正常的 14例病人中有 2例出现异常。经统计学检验 ,全部病人手术前后生殖激素总体水平并无显著性差异。　结论 :精索静脉曲张不育病人的生殖激素多数有异常。治疗前后总体生殖激素水平无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the changes of reproductive hormones, including LH, FSH, E 2, PRL and T, before and after operation in the infertile patients with varicocele. Methods: The reproductive hormones of 32 varicocele patients were detected before and after operation by time resolved fluorescent immunoassay. 28 of 32 varicocele patients (87.50%) were degree Ⅱ and 4 patients (12.50%) were degree Ⅲ. Results: 11 of 18 cases whose hormones were abnormal before operation reached to normal range of repruductive hormones after the operation. But 2 of 14 normal subjects become abnormal after the treatment. As a whole, there was no notable difference in the hormone level of all the 32 cases before and after operation. Conclusions: Many of the varicocele patients have the abnormal reproductive hormone level. Some of them can recover normally after operation. But there was no significant change in the hormone level before and after operation.更多还原
