基于预应变的光纤光栅传感头应变传感特性的研究
STUDY ON THE STRAIN SENSING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FIBER GRATING SENSORS BASED ON PRESTRAIN TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 报道了采用预应变方法制作的一种结构简便而新颖的光纤光栅传感探头的应变响应特性 .该方法能使一根光纤光栅产生两个以上的反射峰 ,因此能解决温度和应变测量时存在的交叉敏感问题 .在测量范围内 ,应变和温度响应曲线具有良好的线性 .光纤光栅的预应变部分和裸光纤部分的应变响应灵敏度分别为 0和 7×10 -4 nm/ με;温度响应灵敏度分别为 5 .32× 10 -2 nm/℃和 1.0 7× 10 -2 nm/℃ .
【Abstract】 A simple and practical fiber grating sensor for strain and temperature measurement is presented in this paper. By using prestrain technique, two Bragg wavelengths are created by one fiber Bragg grating, and the cross sensing effect is eliminated. Linear responds to strain and temperature are achieved in the measurable ranges. The measured strain sensitivity of the bare section and the section stuck on the substrate is 0 and 7×10 -4 nm/με. The measured temperature of the two section of the grating is 1.07×10 -2 nm/℃ and 5.32×10 -1 nm/℃.
