【摘要】 目的 :明确颅内肿瘤中端粒酶的活性情况 ,为胶质瘤的早期诊断及综合治疗提供依据。方法 :采用 TRAP-银染法检测70例颅内肿瘤中端粒酶活性表达情况。统计学处理采用χ2 检验。结果 :脑膜瘤及垂体腺瘤端粒酶活性检测均为阴性 ,5 0例胶质瘤 (KERNOHAN分级 )端粒酶活性检测阳性率为 44 % , 级为 3/ 16 (18.8% ) , 级为 3/ 12 (2 5 .0 % ) , 级为 9/ 14(6 4.3% ) , 级为 7/ 8(87.5 % ) ,胶质瘤分级越高 ,端粒酶活性检出率就越高 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) , 级以上恶性颅内肿瘤中 (包括转移性低分化癌 )端粒酶活性表达阳性 19/ 2 5 (76 .0 % ) ,明显高于 级以下胶质瘤 6 / 2 8(2 1.4% ,P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶是促进胶质瘤发展的主要因素之一 ,且可能是新的恶性颅内肿瘤的瘤标 ,可以用于恶性颅内肿瘤的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the telomerase activity in intracranial tumors, and diagnose gliomas as early as possible. Methods:TRAP(Telomeric Repeat Amplification Protocal) silverstaining was used to detect telomerase activity in 70 intracranial tumor specimens. The data were analysed chi square test. Results:The telomerase activity in meningiomas and pituitary adenomas were not found but detected in 22 of 50(44.0%) cases of glioma. The telomerase activity were found in 3 of 16(18.8%) astrocytomas(Grad Ⅰ), 3 of 12(25.0%) astrocytomas (Grad Ⅱ), 9 of 14(64.3%) astrocytomas (Grad Ⅲ), 7 of 8 (87.5%) multiforme glioblastomas (Grad Ⅳ) respectively. It was observed that when the Grad went higher, the positive rate of telomerase activity rose accordingly ( P<0.005) . The positive rate in 19 of 25(76.0%) malignant tumors (Grad >Ⅲ, including metastatic brain tumors.) is obviously higher than the rate in 6 of 28(21.4%) gliomas (Grad <Ⅱ, P<0.005 ). Conclusions:Telomerase is one of the main factors which triggers off the glioma development and may be taken as a new marker in malignant tumors. The detection of telomerase activity detection may play a role in early diagnosis for malignant tumors. [更多还原
