【Abstract】 In this paper , a coupling arithmetic of personnel configuration is given by means of establishing the task model ,the personnel model and the relation model of task and personnel. Based on task disassembly , an arithmetic of network planning is given. By means of re-configurating the personnel in the key path, the personnel configuration is optimized. An example of personnel configuration in product development project is also given.更多还原
