【Abstract】 To adapt to the reform situation of the sports teaching in colleges, our university has done a series of reform practice and made some achievements in optimizing the course structure and system, strengthening the textbook construction, improving teaching approaches, enriching teaching contents, enhancing teaching environment and strengthening the building of a teacher’s contingent.
