【摘要】 目的：研究Ｐ１６蛋白在胃癌前病变（不典型增生及肠化）及胃癌中的表达。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测，１０例正常胃黏膜，１５例胃不典型增生，１５例胃黏膜肠化生，３０例胃癌组织中 Ｐ１６蛋白的表达。结果：Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达正常胃黏膜９０％，不典型增生８６．６７％，肠化８６．６７％，胃癌３６．６７％，胃癌组与正常对照组及胃癌前病变组间差异均有极显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：Ｐ１６蛋白与胃癌发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of P16 protein in premalignant lesions and gastric carcinoma, including dysplastic gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia in gastric mucosa. Methods:The expression of P16 proteins were measured by SP immunohistochemical method in normal gastric mucosa (10 specimens), dysplastic gastric mucosa (15 specimens), intestinal metaplasia in gastric mucosa (15 specimens), gastric carcinomas (30 specimens). Results:The positive expression of P16 protein was 90% in normal gastric mucosa, 86. 67% in dysplastic gastric mucosa, 86.67% in intestinal metaplasia, 36.67% in gastric carcinoma. There were significant differences between gastic carcinoma group and the normal control group or the precancerous group (P <0. 01). Conclusion: P16 protein is associated with the occurrence of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
